    I purchased a Lenovo G50 AMD A4 from Ian for my mother to play Facebook games ect. My mother seemed happy with the laptop at the first, though after a month or so the computer began to run terribly slow. The laptop had virus protection so that was not the issue. Upon advising Ian of this he did not provide any assistance what so over quoting "I don't believe most of what you have claimed simple" . Ian would not accept a refund or provide any follow up customer service what so ever. I am now 400 dollars out of pocket with a laptop that barley functions. I would advise against purchasing and or doing business with Mr James.
