  Absolutely disgusting service had car booked in for two weeks for a small resistors on car was booked in for a Friday morning was told to come back following Friday. I arrive back the following week only to be told leave car to the afternoon didn't have any other means of transport ,was told on the day they didn't have the resistors for job ,and I was told that they had to try a few different things on the car hence that's why they wanted me to leave car with them this was only so they could charge me double or triple the expected charge be very careful dealing with these auto electricians as they are shonky in every way.Ian the manager has no customer service skills and is rude and arrogant when I insisted i have an explanation then walked away with no answers.I definitely would not recommend this business!!!!!!

  Having read other reviews I can only say the team here and the service I received today has been Excellent. Professional, helpful and fixed the problem at a great price and quickly. Highly recommend and Thanks

  They told me the car needs a computer model, got it give to them. Few days later they said the model was faulty, despite the model was checked prior of buying it. Got another one same thing again model is not working. So I have asked where I had purchased the 2 models, they informed me that the auto electrician shouldn't start the car after installation. Just put the key in on position and take it out, leave the car between 50 to 60 minutes for the model to be programmed with the car. Told him so he said I did that but still no go, some how he got it to work after 1 week. By the way I'm from Melbourne so I have to drive once to deliver the model and another time I have to mail it. To be fair the based in ballarat. Still not happy with the service

  This business has my up most of respect when it comes to the professional customer service, product knowledge & most importantly competitive pricing & promptness of work. Thank you Ian & the Guys for all the support of the years & repairing 4 cars with electrical bugs just in the year 2016. I would recommend this auto electrical business for anyone that has any issues with Automotive electrical & or Earthmoving / Heavy Trucks as well.
